বড়, মাঝারি ও ছোট — তিনটি স্তরের শিল্প বিকাশ একসঙ্গে ঘটলেই বাংলার অর্থনীতি পুনরায় শক্তিশালী ও আত্মনির্ভর হবে।
⚙️ ১. ত্রিস্তর শিল্পনীতি: Big – Medium – Small
(ক) বিগ স্কেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়ালাইজেশন:
আধুনিক ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং, ইলেকট্রনিক্স, ইলেকট্রিক ভেহিকল, ও রিনিউএবল এনার্জি সেক্টরে বিনিয়োগ বৃদ্ধি। নতুন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল করিডোর ও স্পেশাল ইকনমিক জোন (SEZ) তৈরির মাধ্যমে কর্মসংস্থান বৃদ্ধি।
(খ) মিড স্কেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়ালাইজেশন:
ছোট উদ্যোক্তা ও MSME ইউনিটগুলিকে ব্যাংক লোন, ট্যাক্স রিবেট, ও প্রযুক্তি সহায়তা দেওয়া। স্থানীয় চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ক্লাস্টারভিত্তিক ইন্ডাস্ট্রি যেমন টেক্সটাইল, সিরামিক, ফুড প্রসেসিং, ইলেকট্রনিক্স অ্যাসেম্বলি গড়ে তোলা।
(গ) স্মল স্কেল ও কুটির শিল্প:
বাংলার আনস্কিলড লেবার ও প্রান্তিক গৃহবধূদের কর্মসংস্থানের জন্য আধুনিক কুটির শিল্পের পুনর্গঠন।
“বিড়ি বাঁধা” বা “বাঁশের কুলো” নয় – বরং চীনের আদলে হোম-বেসড ইলেকট্রনিক্স ও স্মার্ট প্রোডাকশন ইউনিট তৈরির উদ্যোগ।
🌾 ২. গ্রামীণ অর্থনীতির শিল্পায়ন
গ্রামীণ পরিবারের উৎপাদিত শস্য, সবজি, হস্তশিল্প বা গৃহনির্মিত দ্রব্য সরাসরি এক্সপোর্টের উপযোগী করে তোলাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য। সরকারের দায়িত্ব হবে এমন পরিকাঠামো তৈরি করা যাতে সাধারণ মানুষও সহজে পণ্য বিদেশে পাঠাতে পারেন —যেন কুরিয়ার করার মতো সহজ হয়। অপ্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র, লাইসেন্স ও ঘুষের ঝামেলা দূর করা হবে।
🚢 ৩. গ্লোবাল এক্সপোর্ট গেটওয়ে – “Bengal to the World”
প্রতিটি জেলায় স্থাপন করা হবে Export Facilitation Centre, যেখানে ছোট উদ্যোক্তারা সরাসরি বিদেশি ক্রেতাদের সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত হতে পারবেন। সরকার তাদের জন্য লজিস্টিকস, প্যাকেজিং ও কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্সের One-Window System তৈরি করবে।“Made in Bengal” ব্র্যান্ডকে আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে প্রতিযোগিতামূলক করে তোলা হবে।
💡 ৪. স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট ও প্রযুক্তি হস্তান্তর
স্কুল থেকে শুরু করে ব্লক স্তরে Industrial Training & Innovation Hub স্থাপন করা হবে। শিল্প প্রশিক্ষণ, ডিজিটাল লার্নিং ও ইলেকট্রনিক্স অ্যাসেম্বলি শেখানো হবে যাতে গ্রামের যুবক-যুবতীরা ঘরে বসেই উৎপাদন করতে পারে।

🔱 “Industry is the foundation of a Self-Reliant Bengal”
The Akhil Bangiya Janata Party (ABJP) firmly believes that Bengal’s revival and true empowerment can only be achieved through scientific, planned, and multi-tiered industrialization. Big, medium, and small-scale industries must grow together to rebuild Bengal’s economic strength and self-reliance.
⚙️ 1. Three-Tier Industrial Policy: Big – Medium – Small
(a) Big-Scale Industrialization:
Encourage investment in modern manufacturing, electronics, renewable energy, and electric vehicle sectors. Establish new Industrial Corridors and Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to generate large-scale employment.
(b) Medium-Scale Industrialization:
Support medium enterprises (MSMEs) through easy bank loans, tax rebates, and technological assistance. Develop cluster-based industries such as textiles, ceramics, food processing, and electronics assembly according to local strengths.
(c) Small-Scale & Cottage Industries:
Revive Bengal’s traditional and rural economy through modernized cottage industries.
This does not mean outdated models like bidi rolling or bamboo crafts; rather, ABJP envisions home-based electronic and smart production units, following the successful model of China’s micro-electronic industry expansion.
🌾 2. Industrialization of the Rural Economy
Every rural household producing crops, vegetables, handicrafts, or home-made goods should have the freedom and infrastructure to export directly. The government’s duty is to create a system where such export becomes as simple as sending a courier — without unnecessary paperwork, licenses, or corruption. This will ensure that even small producers can reach global markets directly.
🚢 3. “Bengal to the World” – Global Export Gateway
Every district will have an Export Facilitation Centre, enabling small producers to connect directly with international buyers. The government will establish a One-Window System for logistics, packaging, and customs clearance. The brand “Made in Bengal” will be promoted globally as a mark of quality and affordability.
💡 4. Skill Development & Technology Transfer
Industrial Training & Innovation Hubs will be set up from school to block level. Students and youth will learn practical industrial and electronic assembly skills so that they can earn while learning and become employable from an early stage. Vocational education will be directly linked with real industrial needs.
