🎓 “শিক্ষা মানেই কর্ম, কর্ম মানেই স্বাধীনতা”
অখিল বঙ্গীয় জনতা পার্টি দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করে —বাংলার ভবিষ্যৎ গড়বে সেই শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা, যেখানে প্রতিটি ছাত্রছাত্রী শুধু পরীক্ষায় পাস করবে না, বরং নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়িয়ে উপার্জন করতে শিখবে।
🔱 আমাদের মূল প্রতিশ্রুতি

1. শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার আমল পরিবর্তন — বাস্তবভিত্তিক শিক্ষার প্রতিষ্ঠা
   বর্তমান প্রথাগত শিক্ষার ধাঁচ ভেঙে, স্কুল থেকেই ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কারিগরি কাজ শেখানো হবে।
   শুধুমাত্র বইমুখী বা নামমাত্র কারিগরি শিক্ষা নয় — ইলেকট্রনিক্স, কম্পিউটার, কুটির শিল্প, অটো-মেকানিক্স, অ্যাগ্রো-টেক, নবায়নযোগ্য শক্তি, রোবোটিক্স, ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস —এসব বিষয়ে কার্যকর প্রশিক্ষণ বাধ্যতামূলক করা হবে।
2. “কারিগরি শিক্ষা” বাধ্যতামূলক — কিন্তু বাস্তবসম্মতভাবে
   এখনকার মত “মাটির পুতুল বা মোমের জিনিস বানানো” ধরনের লোক দেখানো প্রশিক্ষণ নয়, বরং এমন কারিগরি শিক্ষা, যার মাধ্যমে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা স্কুলেই ছোট পরিসরে শিল্পোন্নয়ন বা উৎপাদনমূলক কাজ করতে পারবে।
   👉 লক্ষ্য: ছাত্র অবস্থাতেই আয় শেখা, আত্মনির্ভরতার চর্চা শুরু।
3. শিক্ষক মান যাচাই ও দায়িত্বশীলতা
   প্রতিটি বিদ্যালয়ে “শিক্ষক পর্যবেক্ষণ কমিটি” থাকবে, যারা নজর রাখবে শিক্ষকরা সঠিকভাবে পাঠদান করছেন কিনা,এবং তারা শিক্ষাদানের জন্য প্রশিক্ষিত ও সক্ষম কিনা। যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে শিক্ষকের মূল্যায়ন ও পুরস্কার ব্যবস্থা চালু হবে।
4. ইন্ডাস্ট্রি সংযুক্ত শিক্ষা (Education–Industry Bridge)
   ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য Industry Inside School মডেল চালু হবে —
   অর্থাৎ, স্কুলেই স্থানীয় ক্ষুদ্র শিল্প, ইলেকট্রনিক্স ইউনিট বা কুটির উদ্যোগের সঙ্গে যুক্ত কাজের সুযোগ থাকবে, যাতে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা সরাসরি বাস্তব কাজ শিখতে পারে।
5. আত্মনির্ভরতা হবে লক্ষ্য
   আমরা জানি সরকার সব ছাত্রকে চাকরি দিতে পারবে না, তাই অখিল বঙ্গীয় জনতা পার্টি প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয় — এমন শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার সৃষ্টি করা হবে, যাতে প্রত্যেক ছাত্রছাত্রী পড়াশোনার মধ্যেই আয় ও কর্মসংস্থানের দক্ষতা অর্জন করতে পারে।

🔱 Our Core Commitments

1. Reforming the Existing System – From Bookish to Practical Learning
   The current traditional education system will be restructured to make students industry-ready from the school level itself. Instead of ornamental or token “vocational activities” like clay modeling or candle making, we will introduce modern, skill-based education focused on: Electronics, Computer Fundamentals, Cottage Industry, Agro-Tech, Renewable Energy, Robotics, and Digital Services.
2. Mandatory Technical Education with Real Industrial Value
   Every student will receive compulsory technical training aligned with real-world industry needs. Students will be encouraged to engage in small-scale production, repair, or digital work while still in school, learning to earn alongside their studies.
   👉 Our Goal: To ensure every student learns how to earn before leaving school.
3. Teacher Accountability and Monitoring
   A “Teacher Evaluation and Monitoring Committee” will be formed in every school to ensure:
   Teachers are delivering quality education. They are professionally trained and updated with modern pedagogy. Performance-based recognition and accountability will be introduced.
4. Industry-Integrated Education Model (Education–Industry Bridge)
   The ABJP will introduce the “Industry Inside School” model — Schools will be directly linked with local industries, electronic units, and cottage enterprises, allowing students to work, learn, and produce within the learning environment itself, without depending on separate industrial training.
5. Self-Reliance
   The Party recognizes that the government cannot provide jobs for every graduate. Hence, our vision is to create an education system where each student becomes self-reliant through skill, innovation, and entrepreneurship, turning every classroom into a foundation of independence.
